Last night my college group was reminiscing about a recent time when we tried to play frisbee after dark. One of the group has a glow-in-the-dark frisbee, and we wanted to see it in action. The problem was, it had been in the trunk all day, and it wasn’t glowing. One of us turned on the headlights of the car and sat with the frisbee in front of the light for at least 5 minutes, hoping to charge it with light that way instead. It didn’t work. We decided that next time we had better put it out in the sun all day prior to using it.
